Gore moved back to Atlanta, Georgia to begin her career caring for the same community that helped raise her. She is currently an adjunct breast surgeon at Northside Hospital Health System. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Dr. Gore is a newly elected member of the board of directors of Every Woman Works Inc., as well as president of the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign.
